As a Test Analyst, you’ll support the business transformation by delivering excellence in testing specific to the use of new digital platforms, systems and tools.
We are looking for Test Analysts who:
- have experience to develop and implement test plans for individual phases of application and web applications testing
- can collaborate, identify, design and develop associated test cases
- will record test results, raise defect records and re-test fixes
- can manage test cases traceability and documentation
- will escalate risks and issues in a timely manner within existing risk frameworks
- has the ability to use structured query languages and scripting to investigate database structures plus test data
- documents guidance on test planning and execution
- has experience of developing code, design tests, correct, and document simple programs or scripts to support the testing of software
- can document test cases using their own in-depth technical analysis of both functional and non- functional specifications
To be considered for this role we would like you to have:
- foundation level certification in testing e.g. ISTQB certified test, or similar
- previous experience in Manual Testing across UI’s and API’s
- experience working in a fast-paced agile environment writing test plans and test cases
- the ability to use structured query languages to investigate database structures and identify test data
- excellent communication skills
