To spearhead this initiative, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with Scrum Master expertise, particularly within a DevOps environment.
Position Overview
As the PM you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful integration of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, into our DevOps practices. You will collaborate closely with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and accelerate the delivery of our innovative application.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Leadership:
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring the adherence to Scrum principles.
- Implement and adapt Agile processes to optimize team productivity, predictability, and overall project success.
DevOps Integration:
- Drive the adoption and integration of DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring a clear and actionable roadmap.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive measures are taken to minimize disruptions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and adaptation within the project team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology-driven environment, with a strong emphasis on software development.
- Certified Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a track record of successful Scrum Master roles.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and optimizing DevOps practices within project environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with public sector environments and compliance requirements is a plus.
