This is an important and strategic senior role, responsible for identifying, managing and delivering business development opportunities, along with leading on client delivery, always with an essential focus on activities that ensure the company’s ambitious income growth plans are met or exceeded.   • Supporting the company’s Growth Strategy by identifying and winning new client mandates.
  • Helping colleagues to develop existing client relationships.
  • Overseeing and managing delivery of services to clients in accordance with Statement of work mandates.


  • Delivery of new business services to clients to time, cost and quality.
  • Effective client management as evidenced through client satisfaction surveys.
  • Intelligence on key client and competitor activity in the areas and markets that Stellar Omada operates, so as to identify new business opportunities and risks to current activities.
  • Effective working with Stellar Omada Client & Practice Leads, HR and Finance.
  • Agreeing & delivering work plans, targets and budgets through line Manager and Exco where required.
  • Compliance with Stellar Omada policies and procedures
  • Demonstrating the company’s internal values and behaviours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the delivery lead for external Client opportunities.
  • Support Client facing Leads with new business, proposition proposal production and servicedelivery.
  • Provide guidance when needed around pricing based on Market intelligence and past business.
  • Review successful and lost pitches to gauge satisfaction and learnings, ensure messages and client feedback are shared and acted upon to help increase opportunity conversion and client satisfaction in the future.
  • Source regular and structured satisfaction feedback from Clients during and at the end of engagements.
  • Assemble, build and motivate the delivery teams assigned to you in order to meet client mandates.
  • Support the Exco in managing any income gaps.
  • Bring Key insight into assessing what the market is looking for and how Stellar can meet these requirements.
  • As a key member of the management team, Leadership & Motivation of all internal colleagues


  • Large and/or complex programme delivery experience ideally in the Financial Services, Regulatory and or IT sector.
  • Ideally with Digital transformation skills
  • Demonstrable skill in how to tell a compelling story and devising proposition pitches which meet the need of the target audience.
  • Strong client orientation and service delivery approach with a track record of successfully negotiating and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepared to be flexible and to roll up your sleeves. We are a new company with big ambitions.
